Il se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 6 et 8. Un pH \u00e9lev\u00e9 correspond \u00e0 une eau calcaire ou souill\u00e9e par des mati\u00e8res organiques.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Titre hydrom\u00e9trique (TH)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Le TH correspond sensiblement \u00e0 la charge calcaire et magn\u00e9sienne d\u2019une eau.<\/p><p>Le TH doit \u00eatre compris entre 10 et 30. Dans les zones granitiques, le TH est souvent inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10. Les eaux tr\u00e8s calcaires (TH de l\u2019ordre de 50) peuvent entra\u00eener des accidents d\u2019\u00e9levages.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Chlorures<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>La teneur en chlorures ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 250 mg\/litre.<\/p><p>Une forte teneur est signe d\u2019une pollution par des eaux us\u00e9es, de l\u2019eau de mer, des infiltrations de purin, etc \u2026 Les exc\u00e8s de chlorures ont des effets laxatifs (probl\u00e8mes de liti\u00e8res humides).<\/p><ul><li><strong> Ammoniac<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Il provient de la d\u00e9gradation incompl\u00e8te de la mati\u00e8re organique.<\/p><p>Taux limite : 0,5 mg\/litre<\/p><p>Taux normal : 0,05 mg\/litre<\/p><ul><li><strong> Mati\u00e8res organiques<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Cette analyse permet de conna\u00eetre le degr\u00e9 de protection de la nappe. Les mati\u00e8res organiques favorisent le d\u00e9veloppement bact\u00e9rien. La teneur maximale est de 5,0 mg\/litre.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  1 flex_column_table_cell av-equal-height-column av-align-middle   avia-builder-el-9  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_hr   \"><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"><div class=\"avia_textblock  \"><ul><li><strong>Nitrates<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Les nitrates proviennent de la nitrification de l\u2019azote organique (contamination par de la mati\u00e8re organique ou des engrais nitriques). Des teneurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es en nitrates font courir un risque pour la sant\u00e9 humaine et animale. On peut tol\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 mg\/litre de nitrates.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Nitrites<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Les nitrites proviennent essentiellement de la r\u00e9duction des nitrates. Une eau potable ne doit pas en contenir plus de 0,1 mg\/litre. En fait, ce sont plut\u00f4t les nitrites que les nitrates qui sont nocifs car ils fixent l\u2019h\u00e9moglobine du sang, emp\u00eachant le transfert d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans l\u2019organisme.<\/p><ul><li><strong> R\u00e9sistivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>La r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 donne une id\u00e9e de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019ions min\u00e9raux pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019eau. Elle peut varier de 1 000 \u00e0 8 000. Une r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 faible correspond \u00e0 une eau charg\u00e9e en min\u00e9raux. Une r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 forte correspond \u00e0 une eau peu charg\u00e9e en min\u00e9raux.<\/p><p>Une eau trop douce provoque la corrosion des canalisations et donc la solubilisation de m\u00e9taux lourds (cuivre, zinc, plomb, cadmium). Une eau tr\u00e8s dure provoque l\u2019entartrage des canalisations et la pr\u00e9cipitation des d\u00e9tergents.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Fer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>La norme est de 0,2 mg\/litre (sauf pour la production de veaux blancs pour laquelle elle est encore plus basse).<\/p><p>Une eau riche en fer aura tendance \u00e0 prendre une couleur rouille par oxydation.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Cuivre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Le cuivre provient le plus souvent de l\u2019attaque des canalisations (agressivit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau). Sa pr\u00e9sence peut \u00eatre d\u00e9cel\u00e9e par la coloration bleu\u00e2tre de la mousse de savon. La norme est de 1,5 mg\/litre.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Mangan\u00e8se<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Certaines eaux sont riches en mangan\u00e8se. On constate alors un brunissement de l\u2019eau par addition d\u2019eau de javel ou un d\u00e9p\u00f4t noir dans les conduits, correspondant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cipitation de bioxyde de mangan\u00e8se noir).
